My three main principles when it comes to personal training are individuality, value for money, and confidence to go it alone.
I believe that your health, fitness and diet should be a lifelong commitment and that ethos is reflected within my training sessions. Your personal training sessions are just the beginning of a journey and with the right knowledge and confidence that journey can continue for a lifetime. My priority is always my client and what they want and need.
Because I am a freelance trainer I can take my time and focus all my attention on my client. I don’t have targets to meet nor do I have to sell you products you don’t want and you don’t have to buy expensive gym memberships to access my services. What I do want is to provide an excellent service which allows my client’s to fulfil their requirements and inspire them to continue training long after their personal training sessions have finished.
Personal training is not an exclusive service and should be accessible to anyone who wants some guidance and motivation in their training regardless of their age, ability or goals. Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, train for a sport specific goal, improve your everyday functionality, or just want to add something new to your training programme all are equally important.
